HOW TO MONITOR THE ORDER?
As soon as the order is confirmed, you can view the status of the order in your account. Please pay close attention to the state of conservation. Only the registered customer can monitor the status of the order, this is not possible by purchasing as a “guest”.
The amount is not yet credited. You can make changes to the order at any time. For our part, a reminder will be sent on a weekly basis for a period of 1 week, after which the order will be suspended. If the payment is made later, the order will be reactivated.
The order is made, but has not yet been processed. It is still possible to make changes.
The package has been prepared for shipping or is already being delivered to the courier. It isn’t possible to make changes.

The invoice amount can be conveniently settled on our account when the order is closed. The package can only be started after the bank transfer has been credited to our bank. All the data needed to make the prepayment will be sent via a confirmation email immediately after confirming the order. Please keep in mind that it is very important to indicate the order number / code as a reason, so that we can allow us to classify and assign the payment to the correct order. RIGHT OF RESCISSION
It is possible to return the shoes received without giving any reason within 15 days (in reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005). The expiry date is calculated, in this case, starting from the day of receipt of the goods. If the goods have not yet been sent, you have the possibility to withdraw from the contract by simply writing an email to the customer service. In this case, the expiry of the right of withdrawal is calculated taking the first day of receipt of this text in writing. Warning! The package must not be in preparation or shipping.

A successful return is meant when all returned products arrive at their destination sealed and in perfect condition. No refund will be made on open products, used or without original packaging! We recommend that you pack the products well and ship them with a padded envelope or in a carton to our address!
Our repayment obligations must be fulfilled within 15 days. The period is calculated from the day of arrival of the goods in our warehouses. We will reimburse the expense using the same payment method used in the original purchase transaction, unless expressly agreed. Reimbursement can also be made through a voucher, if agreed with the customer. Additional costs will not be applied to the customer.
Our company has the right to refuse the refund until it has received the goods.

If you have to pay with an invoice and have not yet made the payment, just pay for the goods that you will keep.

The right of withdrawal falls in the following cases:

- Goods purchased in multiple packages and returned only in part
